We treat many pests, including ants, spiders, rodents, and more. Contact us for a full list of pests we treat. At this time, we do not treat mosquitos or termites. However we do offer Termite (WDI inspections) for home loans and refiancing at this time. 

At Vet Guard Pest Solutions we believe in using the Integrated Pest Managment approach.  We will work with our clients to help educate and show them conducive conditions and points of entry that may allow for pest entry or pest infestations.  When we apply our products, we always adhere to the label of what we are using.  This ensures we keep you, your family, and your pets safe, as well as do our part to protect the environment.  We believe in full transparency with our product applications.  Safety is our first responsibility. 

The frequency of pest control services depends on the severity of the infestation. We recommend regular treatments to prevent pests from returning.

We currently mainly service Central Indiana; however, we can make visits outside of that area if a request is made.  Depending on how far the distance of service is outside of our current service area, an extra charge may be applied for the distance.  We will always be transparent with any kind of trip charges before we provide services out of our normal service area.  As Vet Guard continues to grow, our area of service will also. Finding the right pest control company to fit the needs of your home or business is very important.  If you have made it this far on our page, we appreciate your time and consideration in trusting us to protect your home or business.  While we hope you will choose us, we understand that doing research and shopping around is very important.  What are some things to look for in making the right choice for you?  Here are some recommendations to consider. 

 

• Make sure the company is properly licensed within the state in which they are operating.  This can be checked through most state departments of AG or pesticide governing agencies.  The titles of these agencies could vary from state to state. 
• They should be knowledgeable. They should be able to not only prescribe and explain the treatment plan that is being put together, but also explain how the products applied are going to work to take care of or prevent pest issues. 
• They should use an IPM approach, which means they should look at all different angles of a pest issue and inspect instead of just going in to spray blindly.  
• If they are constantly trying to upsell you every time they provide a service, they may not be the right fit.  Companies should only try to upsell if there is a legitimate recommendation or concern that will help the customer.
• Make sure they are responsive to your requests. In most cases, for residential services, a turnaround time for a service request or questions is usually within 24 business hours.  For commercial services, that time is usually much shorter, depending on what the agreement is between the company and the commercial client. Usually within 2 hours.  
• The technician who comes out should never treat you like you are an annoyance. They should take time to answer all your questions and concerns, or agree to get back to you if needed by a set time.  After all, this is your home and/or business, you are paying for a service and have a right to know what you are paying for and receiving. 
• If you are being kicked around a call center and getting nowhere or being blown off..... probably not the right fit either.  
• They should care, have empathy, and have true concern with addressing pest issues in a timely manner. Quite simply, they should care about what they are doing and be happy to help serve your needs.
